Everything you need to know for your perfect stay
1. Is there reception at VITA home?
VITA HOME does not have a reception service. Instead, you can manage the whole process of check in and access to both the portal and your assigned apartment, following the instructions that we will send you by email days before your arrival. If during your stay you need to contact our team, please call 0034 928 800 543 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
2. Can I store my luggage?
At this time we do not have a locker service.
3. Where can I park my car?
At VITA HOME, we offer you our private, covered car park. This service costs €10 per car per day. To book it, please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival so that we can arrange your access.
4. How does the cleaning service work?
At VITA HOME we change the sheets and towels in your apartment at the end of your stay. If your stay is at least 14 nights, we will change the sheets and towels after 7 days. If you want any additional cleaning service, you will need to contact our team to arrange it, if possible. This additional cleaning will be charged extra.
5. What will I find in the Bleisure room?
In our Bleisure room, you will find a comfortable and spacious area for remote working. You will have different environments to work in, hold a video meeting, or enjoy your favourite read.
6. How far is the nearest beach?
Playa Del Reducto is only 400 meters walking distance from VITA HOME.
7. Can I stay with my dog at VITA HOME?
Yes, you can stay with your dog, as long as its weight does not exceed 8kg. This service has a supplement of 10€ per night. In exchange, you will find in your apartment, food bowl, water bowl and a comfortable bed for your pet. To hire it, please contact us before your arrival so we can manage your access.
8. How far is it from the airport and how can I get there?
We are very close to Lanzarote airport. It is approximately 6 kilometers. By car it is a journey of no more than 15 minutes. If you prefer to take a cab, the route is similar.
9. What type of accommodation is VITA HOME?
VITA HOME is a holiday accommodation establishment consisting of two buildings: Vita Home Soho and Vita Home Tribeca. Both are located in the centre of Arrecife, just 150 metres apart. When you stay in one of our apartments, we provide you with all the kitchen and bathroom utensils you may need, but we do not offer additional catering or leisure services. Our team will only be present in the event of an emergency.
10. What is VITA HOME Soho?
VITA HOME Soho is one of our holiday apartment buildings. Its entrance is located at Calle Riego, 1. In our apartments in the centre of Arrecife, you will find a cosmopolitan and welcoming atmosphere, and you will feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything you need is within easy reach: restaurants, shops and beaches. Come and discover the comfort and convenience that only our apartments can offer you in a holiday accommodation establishment.
11. What is VITA HOME Tribeca?
VITA HOME Tribeca is one of our holiday apartment buildings. Its entrance is located at Calle Antonio Porlier y Sopranis, 4. Just 150 metres away from VITA HOME Soho. In our apartments in the centre of Arrecife, you will find a cosmopolitan and welcoming atmosphere, and you will feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything will be within easy reach: restaurants, shops, and beaches. Come and discover the comfort and convenience that only our apartments can offer you in a holiday accommodation establishment.
12. How will I know which building my apartment is in?
When you stay at VITA HOME, you will receive all the information regarding your booking by email. If your apartment is at VITA Home Soho or VITA HOME Tribeca, you will receive the access code and any other information that may be relevant during your stay. Our two buildings are very close to each other, only 150 metres apart. The facilities, design and comfort of the apartments are exactly the same at VITA HOME Soho and VITA HOME Tribeca. When you stay with us, you will be in the centre of Arrecife, just a stone’s throw from shops, restaurants, cultural centres, the beach and much more.
Regardless of which building you are staying in, you will have access to the common areas in both buildings. You will be able to use our Bleisure room, washing machine/dryer service* and parking* located at VITA HOME Soho, as well as the rooftop terrace located at VITA HOME Tribeca.
